Aadhaar OTP arrived late, is this a platform or telecom issue?
Just a small note: the OTP for the Aadhaar verification step took nearly two minutes to arrive, making me nervous I’d miss the window.
Did anyone else experience a lag here?
Want to know if this is something on BondScanner’s side, or just my telecom service acting up.
Also, there was no timer showing to re-send the OTP.

Thanks for calling this out, and great question.
Aadhaar OTP delivery actually happens directly through UIDAI’s servers, not BondScanner.
So any delay is usually on the UIDAI or telecom operator side, not the platform.
That said, we completely understand that it can feel uncertain when the OTP takes longer than expected to arrive.
But the verification remains secure, and once the OTP arrives, the process goes through smoothly.
We’ve also taken your feedback on board. Since this interface is controlled by UIDAI, we’ve raised the issue with them. Along with the ‘Resend OTP’ button, we’ve also requested a visible countdown timer on the screen. Once UIDAI enables it, this will be added in one of our upcoming updates to make the verification flow smoother for users.
