After the e-signing my account opening form - I thought that I am ready to invest now as it said KYC Completed - I got confused where the platform says it’s waiting for Verification from NSE. I know this step takes time, but could the screen give us a more specific average waiting time (e.g., “This typically takes 2-4 hours”) instead of just “Verification Pending”? It helps manage expectations.
Demat Verification should support direct broker integration.
I use a lesser-known broker for my existing Demat verification, and I had to reach out to my broker.
Could BondScanner integrate with more smaller brokerage firms to make the Demat Verification step instant?
A shout-out to Sarthak from the BondScanner support team.
I was completely stuck on the name mismatch issue (Aadhaar vs. Bank account names my maiden name versus my married name). I was ready to give up on the Bank Account Verification step entirely.
I reached out via the support chat, and Sarthak called me back within minutes. Not only did he quickly understand the issue causing the error, but he stayed on the line with me for the entire rest of the journey. He walked me through the Demat Verification documents and ensured the Account Opening Form generation went through perfectly.
Honestly, that level of white-glove service is rare.
Thank you for getting me activated.

We know KYC hurdles like name mismatches are frustrating. Our goal at BondScanner is to ensure that while we maintain strict regulatory compliance, we never let it become a barrier.
@layan You are absolutely right, we’ve logged this feedback to add a specific expected timeline to the NSE verification screen immediately. Thank you for highlighting this.
