Hey team, I skipped adding a nominee during KYC, and now I want to add/update it.
Currently, I see that the only way is to contact support and share details manually.
It would be great if we could add or change nominees directly from the platform. Any plans for this?

The current update process goes through our support team.
We’re already working on making this fully self-serve on the platform.
What we’re exploring:

Once live, you’ll be able to update nominees anytime without contacting support.

You can add, edit, or replace your nominee directly from the profile section through a fully self-serve flow, without needing to contact support. The process includes a simple in-app verification for a seamless experience.
